Products
With demand for new and innovative ideas higher than ever, we continue to work closely with the world’s leading producers in the development of the finest quality carpets and rugs; whether for standard stock items or individual, tailored project orders, all products are manufactured to our own specific requirements.
All Wool Classics carpets and rugs are manufactured using the highest quality raw materials in modern factories that comply with international standards regarding the environment and working practices.
Enviromental credentials
Unlike some carpet manufacturers our environmental credentials are genuine and built on a philosophy that is written into our brand name. We specialise is wool products and 90% of our products are wool based. Our use of nylon in two product lines is based on Econyl which is a nylon generated from recycling fishing nets and is only used to give the products a commercial grade therefore ensuring longer lifespan and less need to replace product. Our backing fibres are natural wherever possible such as cotton or jute and we have switched to using natural dyes, which is why you don’t find many vivid colours in our portfolio. Finally we recycle anything we uplift when we replace your carpet ensuring our impact is s small as possible.
We need your help in our mission too please. We send out dozens of samples every day to prospective clients. If you ever find you have finished with a sample or it is not the right colour, please feel free to return it rather than bin it so it can be used again.
Installation
With our own installations division and management team, we are able to offer a fully integrated service for any residential or commercial project; this ensures all aspects of the installation process are controlled in house, from initial conception through to practical project completion and final client sign off.
Services
Our stock holding, distribution and sampling operations are undertaken from our Kidderminster based warehouse facility.
Our sales and installation teams are located in our West London Office, while our operations administration and finance is managed in our Head Office near Canterbury in Kent. Special requests and custom enquiries should be directed to our showroom.
Showroom
All standard carpet and custom rug collections can be viewed within our showroom at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding bank and public holidays and no appointment is necessary.
