We believe that everything we produce is as individual as you are and needs to fit your interior so we customise every aspect of our rugs to give you the widest possible choice.
Once you have approved your sample and placed your order you can expect your rug to be delivered in six to eight weeks. We offer the choice of either a budget delivery to your door or a full white glove delivery and layout service, just call us for a price on either option.
Once you have your new rug we are keen that it stays looking pristine, so firstly we offer the ability to “scotch-guard” your rug which helps protect it from liquid stains. Secondly your rug will be supplied with a cleaning and maintenance manual giving guidance on how to look after your rug once it is in situ in your home. Thirdly we have a specialist cleaning division who can come out and clean your rug as and when it needs it, so just call us and we can make sure your rug looks beautiful forever.
